For an n-JFET VGS turns more negative, the breakdown voltage of VDS
becomes:

答案是C
这题我不懂breakdown voltage这个部份代表的意义...
我知道电压越负空乏区越大,通道会越窄..
但是breakdown voltage会怎样相对的变化呢?
