标题[问题] 我的磁振造影检查报告内容

我的膝盖已经痛一年了 做了不少复健科与针灸的治疗都无效..对我的生活造成极大
困扰,也到了医院看了很多医生都没有改善,真的很苦恼
近日医生终於愿意开MRI给我检查看看
看报告时因为看诊医生很忙
对於我的报告大概说了一下,没有很详尽 且说得很快
出门诊时只依稀想到医生说前十字韧带颜色异常,但我不知那是什麽意思?
只好去影印病历自己了解到底我的膝盖是什麽问题
报告内容是专业的英文,我也看不懂
请看得懂的人帮我翻译报告内容(我的肌腱韧带与软组织到底有没有问题?)

MRI of lift knee without contrast enhancement shows:
1.increased SI and emaciation of the posterolateral fiberous bundle of ACL,
suspicious for partial thickness tear.
2.no definite abnormal SI in both medial and lateral menisci.
3.no obviously increased joint effusion.
4.intact patellar cartilage.
5.intact both MCL and FCL.
IMP:R/O partial tear of ACL, posterolateral fibrous bundle. Suggest
Clinical correlation
