新闻来源 - Sky Sports Poyet hails first away win Tottenham assistant manager Gustavo Poyet has acknowledged the importance of his side's first away win of the season as Spurs secured a 1-0 victory over Portsmouth. Poyet watched his side earn the points at Fratton Park with an 81st minute Dimitar Berbatov strike. And Poyet believes it is no more than his side deserved as they inflicted Pompey's first home defeat since March. "It was very important," Poyet told Sky Sports News. "We have been doing alright away from home to be fair and we didn't lose any games away from the home since we took charge "But to win here is very important to the whole club. We started well and hopefully we can carry on." Meanwhile, Tottenham goalkeeper Paul Robinson acknowledges that his side had to fight hard for the three points. "We expected a very tough game, which we got out there," Robinson said on Sky Sports News. "You saw a solid defensive display which we have been working hard on. Not just the back four but from the whole team.
