Bentley joined Spurs in a big-money move from Blackburn Rovers last month and has looked sharp in pre-season for his new club. The midfielder is hoping to help Tottenham qualify for the UEFA Champions League and says he has been hugely impressed by White Hart Lane boss Ramos. "Of course," Bentley told ZOO magazine when asked if Champions League qualification was a realistic target this season. "With the squad we have, we can do anything we want! And we've got an incredible boss. "I don't like it when managers try to be your best mate; Juande Ramos is everything I want in a coach. He's tough and gets what he wants." The former Arsenal youngster also revealed that he struggled for sleep in the days leading up to his move to Tottenham. He added: "People don't realise - or perhaps they do, as everything's dragged out across the media - how it affects your life. "You have to relocate and make sure the girlfriend's cool. It becomes emotionally draining. Even when the bid was accepted, I couldn't sleep as I was too excited thinking about playing for the club. "I wasn't even sure Tottenham wanted me! As a player, you can only voice your opinion and say "I want to go there". "I was lucky, because lots of teams were interested, but Spurs were my team.
