"Increasing the outflow of water is critical for the dam's safety," Mr Zhang told the China Daily. 以上由四川水文气象局长对中国日报的发言 强调泄洪的重要性 及至今为止泄洪的成效 "If the water flows too slowly, the inflow will increase the pressure on the dam. But again, too voluminous an outflow can erode the diversion channel and cause the dam to collapse." 但是这位局长也提出 过与不及的难处 泄洪太慢，水位的增加将增加水坝的压力 泄洪太快则会造成分洪道的损毁，进而让水坝崩溃 --- 来不及参与测验的出题 所以就贴这篇有关四川地震的近况做点补偿吧 :) 另外，现在四川地区的灾情应该有所控制 所以以後相关议题，就跟这篇一样，看重点报导罗~ --
