标题[问题] 关於职业绿卡EB2配偶递交I-485的问题

爬文和後得知如果未同时与主申请人递交I-485的话,
必须等主申请人I-485被批准後,
配偶才能以follow to join的方式递交I-485...
但办理的律师的说法是
主申请人的I-485在批准前, 配偶还是可以递交I-485,
只是若主申请人I-485批准後配偶才递交的I-485变成follow to join
另在 Form I-485 Instructions, Page 5 上的第17点後看到:
Based on derivative status as the spouse or child of another
adjustment applicant or person granted permanent residence...
File your application with the application of the other
applicant, or with evidence that the application is pending
with USCIS or was approved, or with evidence that your
spouse or parent was granted permanent residence...
