想请教大家一个关於境外依亲的收入证明的问题: 我在境外移民指导手册(guide)的Part 1 (page 7-8) 里面看到: ‧you (指sponsor) have an income that is at least equal to the minimum necessary income, the amount of which is published yearly by the Canadian government. You will have to provide us with documents that show your financial resources for the past 12 months and prove you are financially able to sponsor members of the family class. This condition does not apply if you are sponsoring only ‧your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner who has no dependent children,or ‧your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner whose dependent children have no children of their own, or ‧your dependent child who has no children of his or her own. 根据字面上的意思, 就是若是加拿大公民要sponsor没有小孩子的配偶, 则不需要符合以上最低收入(minimum necessary income)的规定 也就不需要提出收入证明 不知道我这样的解读对不对呢? 有没有人有相同经验的呢? 谢谢!! --
