在网路上填写 DV-2013 遇到一点问题 想说来此地问问看能否有解 背景资料: 我已婚 配偶与子女皆为US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident 不需DV visa 问题: Part One - Entrant Information 13. What is your current marital status? 选择"Married" 14. Number of Children (optional) 空白不填 (说明:因为此栏底下有附注) Legal Permanent Residents (LPR) and American Citizens should not be included. 但是之後出现的 Part Two - Derivatives 却还是强制我要填入配偶的资料与上传照片档 否则会出现红字的error messages 无法继续执行 "Continue" 此一按键 进下一页面 因此无法完成交件 除非我把current marital status改成"Unmarried" 才不会出现 Part2-Derivatives 查看过 http://travel.state.gov/pdf/DV_2013_instructions.pdf 相关的部分应该是如下:(已删掉一些我认为不重要的部分) On your entry, you must list your spouse (husband or wife) and all unmarried children under 21 years of age, with the exception of children who are already U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents. A spouse or child who is already a U.S. citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident will not require or be issued a DV visa. However, you should include all family members in your registration and photos of each family member who will apply for a DV visa. 我的英文理解能力不够 只看得出来 我不必把子女包含在填表内容之中 我看不懂 到底配偶的部分是否就算是不需要 DV visa 也还是要填入资料且上传照片档? 感谢 --
