最近在整理资料准备送出结婚绿卡申请 但I485上有个问题不知该怎麽回答 我是在六月初从台湾搭机持观光签入境LA的 I-94效期是六个月 九月初Labor day连假到加拿大多伦多旅游再由密西根州的美加边境回美国, 但护照上没有再盖新的入境章 并於几天後公证结婚 I-485表格上有一项问 Place of last entry into the Unite States 我看了instruction上没有提到这点 请问有前辈知道 我是该回答 LA还是九月初入境的那个公路关口呢? 另一项是Part 2的application type a. an immigration petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved (attach a copy of the approval notice, or relative, special juvenile, or special military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately availablevisa number, if approved) b. My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouse and children 原先我和我先生都认为答案应该是b, 但看了instructions 後,有个说明,如下 A. Spouse, parents, unmarried son/ daughter under 21 age of a US citizen with an approved form I-130 or form I-130 filed together with this form I-485 (past 2. Box "a"on the form) C. spouse or parent applied of an immigrant who has applied for adjustment of status or has been granted lawful permanent residence through sponsored visa category that allows derivative status for spouse and children (Part 2. Box"b" on the form) 看了这个後,又认为应该是要选表格上的a选项才对 因为看了很多次,也有问过当地的美国朋友,但得到的答案都不确定 想请问有经验的各位是否能帮忙解答呢 谢谢 PS 之前来问过 I-130上要填公民纸的编号,因为已经遗失了补发需要很长的时间 昨天我们亲自跑了一趟USCIS底特律办事处,请他们查询就得到编号了 --
