请问一个有关I-140表格的问题

我律师写 :
Country of Citizenship : Taiwan
Country of Nationality : Taiwan
Country of Issuance for Passport or Travel Document : Rep. of China
这个Rep. of China让我有点不放心
怕移民局搞错成China
但是护照上确实是 Rep. of China
这样会容易让移民局搞混成China吗?
有人申请I-140, Country of Issuance for Passport or Travel Document
是直接写Taiwan吗 ?
