标题[问题] PERM 绿卡 登广告流程

请问大家关於PERM问题 我的prevailing wage 8/1 通过後请律师开始登广告
8/21在流程status上面目前是:Placed job order with State Workforce Agency (SWA)
我想请问 这样是代表已经job posting了吗?
因为我印象不是应该在报纸登广告两个星期天?
他plce order at SWA 30天是属於额外步骤吗?
我是不是应该询问律师是否同时进行其他recruitment应该进行事项?
若照此时程 有可能10月PERM送件吗?
