潜水许久终於轮到我来分享我的申请经历 准备140花了不少时间整理所有的材料顺便累积citation 结果140 45天就过了 准备485要收集所有的Visa stamp, 出生证明（英文户口名簿）跟台湾学历认证 念MS时有用J1出来美国当Visiting Scholar（拿美国的funding) 所以DS-2019上是有subject to 212 e rule 有申请advisory opinion本来是要想看J1 212e rule还有没有效 结果是有的 所以用出入境的章来证明在台湾待满两年所以没弄waiver 485前後等了快15个月才批 送件六个月後打电话给USCIS or online request都没有有用的讯息 建议送件六个月後就可以连络议员跟renew EAD/AP combo 我等到快满12个月才开始跟州议员秘书联络没几天就收到RFE RFE说体检过期跟当兵的资讯没讲清楚所以要补件 送了RFE後连RFE都要等满60天打USCIS客服才说要帮忙request Request早上送出去当天下午就有结果 感觉现在所有的process都变慢了（都要拖到所有处理时间的最大值） 所以有意申请的人请加紧脚步 Background: Category: EB2-NIW Service Center: TSC Education: PhD student in Materials Science (US)（140 submission） MS degree from Taiwan Status: F1 Papers: 20 journals (5*1st authorship,3*2nd authorship) Citation: ~800 citations Reference: 1 dependent, 3 independents Timeline 2015/09 Attorney contract signed 2016/07 File I-140 2016/09 I-140 approved (45 days) 2016/10 Files I-485(online can not find the case for a year) 2016/11 Biometrics appointment 2017/02 EAD/AP combo card received 2017/06 e-request and call USCIS Pending due to background check 2017/10 Files EAD/AP renwal(10/19) Contact Senator for helping with faderal agency service 2017/11 RFE due to medical exam expiration and military service statement 2017/11 Submit RFE materials(11/20) 2018/01 EAD/AP combo card received(1/25) Greend card received (1/27) --
