标题N400 selective service

最近申请线上N400
因为是27岁的时候拿到绿卡
爬了板上前人的文章
想说selective service应该不用理会
但是submit的时候 系统提示说面试有可能需要证明为什麽没有注册selective service
想请问一下需要去填下面的表格申请证明吗？

还是面试的时候解释一下就好？
