我也是转NBC的苦主之一 8/29面完後 9/11转NBC 然後无消无息石沉大海
试过以下方法都没用，如果版友也有同样情形，只能每天默念三声阿弥陀佛乖乖等。
1. 寄信到
[email protected] 会有专人一到三天回信
回覆如下: Our records indicate that the case is awaiting officer review.
The applicants case will be worked in the order received, and once further
action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address of record.
2. 找Senator或Congressman Inquiry
回覆如下: Generally, applications and petitions are processed in the order
received, and the priority date on the underlying visa petition is used to
determine an individual’s place in the visa queue. Your constituents' cases
will be worked in the order received, and once further action is taken, a
notice will be sent to the address of record.
简单来说 除了你提出WOM给USCIS压力 其它的方法都没用 只会得到制式回答

WOM - Writ of Mandamus (court order) 状告USCIS不作为 一般有在485 pending
超过三年下才会考虑 如法官认同 USCIS必将在60天给出485最後结果
