初步看了一下，各个大学里头似乎就是Rutgers明确支持? 是不是可以请Rutgers的同学跟
校友详细了解学校的立场，并且表达希望学校不要支持这个法案?
"H.R. 1044 and S. 386: Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2019 To
amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to eliminate the per-country
numerical limitation for employment-based immigrants, to increase the
per-country numerical limitation for family-sponsored immigrants, and for
