标题[问题] I-765表格问题

各位好，我目前准备更新我的combo card，填写I765时遇到以下问题：
1. 第三页的第25题: Your Current Immigration Status or Category
(for example, B-2 visitor, F-1 student, or no status)
关於这题，我今年二月底第一次申请combo card的时候，我的答案是H1B
而我的H1B在今年暑假已经到期了，在那之後我直接使用combo card为同一个雇主工作
我并没有出境使用AP入境的纪录，同时我有一个pending的485
请问这题我是否回答Parolee?
2. 第三页的第30.b题: Did you enter the United States lawfully through
a U.S. port of entry and were you inspected and admitted or paroled after
inspection by an immigration officer? (If you answer "Yes," you MUST provide
evidence of your lawful entry.)
请问这题的evidence是在网上印出i94就好了吗？
3. 我同一个包裹里面有i765与i131，我是否只需附上一份G1145?
