Random Audit ... 03/26/2020 PERM Certified 04/28/2020 I-140 Concurrent filed with I-485/I-765/I-131 and along with spouse's AOS. 07/01/2020 i-140 Case was approved (PP 後来才追加的因为一开始PP被暂停) 06/18/2020 I-765/I-131 New card is being produced 07/10/2020 Combo card received 07/26/2020 I-485 Case was transferred to another office (Nebraska -> NBC) 07/28/2020 I-485 Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction 08/10/2020 Biometrics Appointment in San Jose FO ... ... Called USCIS on 11/1 and found out case was transferred to local FO(San Jose) on 10/09. ... Verify a couple of times with USCIS agent via Emma/Phone and every agent can confirm the same date of the transfer. ... 11/04/2020 I-485 Case was approved 11/05/2020 I-485 New card is being produced 11/09/2020 I-485 Card was mailed to me 11/11/2020 Green card delivered for both me and my spouse 心得： 感谢公司和老板支持在加入公司就开始办绿卡，但可以看到.. 因为遇上audit所以整个时程 整整往後拖延了将近一年後才能filed AOS，不然原本没意外应该9,10月2020左右就能filed了 觉得自己很幸运至少还是在将近两年时候办下来，虽然不是chosen one 但後面的过程还算顺利. 其实我觉得只要PERM没有被audit都是chosen one .. 毕竟485就是快和慢问题 PERM被audit你什麽都不能做只能等.. 等.. 再等 最後希望HR1044/S386 能成功挡下，未来会和板上各位继续关注和努力在这议题上 感谢Cchris和各位板友的分享. -- 我参加的非营利机构正在进行Cupertino场地的购置,以便长期为社区服务,欢迎共襄盛举! https://www.facebook.com/donate/380059519807942/ --
