标题[问题] 35岁拿到绿卡还需要注册美国兵役吗

不好意思，又有绿卡相关问题想请教
先生35岁今年一月收到绿卡，律师信其中一条规定如下：
MILITARY OBLIGATIONS
Males between the ages of 18 and 25 must register for the draft within 30 days
of becoming a permanent resident. In addition, all males should register with
the U.S. Selective Service as soon as they turn 18. This can be done at most
U.S. post offices. Note that this is strictly a registration. No active draft
is in effect at this time.
很明显先生不在上列规定年龄范围，请问是否不需再进行任何相关後续动作呢？已爬文看
到有人回说之後公民考试有可能会被提问为何没有登记而受影响，想参考一下大家的经验
