标题[问题] 求救 手机备份之後还原没东西.....

手机因为有问题送修
送修前特地确认手机iCloud and line 都备份了
但是手机在还原之後,完全没有line 的资料
想请问还有方法可以补救吗
难道真的就没了？？？
