Julio Cruz will stay at Inter after the striker today
signed a new contract with the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza outfit.
The Argentine international, who is hoping to make
the 2006 World Cup squad, was rumoured to be on his way out
of the club once his deal expired in the summer.
But the former Feyenoord and Bologna ace has put pen to paper
on a new agreement until June 30, 2008.
Cruz was believed to have been a transfer target for numerous clubs,
including reborn capital side Roma.
