标题[问题] 商品缺货 被backorder

於CRC上购物, 已经confirm订单了
却突然缺货, 那两个items被取消
其余商品寄出
可是我收到这封信有些不解
The invoice that you will receive in your order will still show the original
total cost. Please rest assured that the cancelled item has been refunded
back to your original payment method.
=>如果被海关课税, 那两样取消的商品会被课到吗?
If you would like to place a new order for the item, and have had to pay for
shipping, we will naturally refund the postage costs for that order. To
claim your refund simply add the following note in the additional notes at
the basket stage of your order:
=> 这段我看不懂
是说如果要买同样的商品 还是可以有免运的优惠吗
因为本来我是有达到免运门槛
=> 请问我本来已经是免运门槛, 这两项缺货商品被取消
total cost 就在门槛之下了, 这样的话 还是有免运优惠吗 谢谢
