标题[问题] Amazon店家邮寄海关抽检问题

呈之前的问题
我在Amazon买了喷雾器瓶的东西(是狗狗止吠喷雾瓶)

买完了之後 又想买该店家别的东西 本想先退货再一起重订省运费
但是已经寄出(上面写Shipped)无法取消订单
再猛然一看
发觉退货说明里有一句话
"For safety reasons, items that are classified as hazardous materials or use
flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to Amazon.com. Customers should
dispose of hazardous materials according to Local, State and Federal
regulations. Customers should contact their local government or local waste
company for directions on how to dispose of Household Hazardous Waste. "
好吧 这下真的东西寄来也不能退了
就是变成我得花两次运费买该店家的东西...T_T
只是我现在担心的是...
不知Amazon店家是用什麽方式寄送物品的
我的运费是$44.95 是一般邮局国际空运吗
总金额加上运费是$89.95
请问各位前辈
是否会被课关税 (课税的金额上限有把运费包进去吗)
以及 喷雾罐的商品会不会被当成危险物品被没收呢...T_T
