标题[问题] ebay出包

大家好
小弟在9月在ebay 买了一台音响很顺利付款也在中秋节到了台湾
结果发现卖家是透过ebay发货的
ebay重复寄了一台给我 等於我收到2台
卖家写信来跟我说 ebay重复发货
需要我归还音响另外运费ebay会赔偿我
如果我不环就要再补他当初购买的金额而且不含运费！
请问我如果不理他 他会从paypal强制扣款吗？另外如果真的要寄回因为音响进来海关有NCC检验 出口要吗？
还有EBAY真的会介入吗？因为我评价都给对方了 而且当初追踪码也只有一个阿
