最近登入许久未登入的BOA网银 发现於2013/10被扣了$85.52 大吃一惊，想说离开美国这麽久了(约2013年初回台) 怎麽还会被扣钱，本来怀疑是盗刷，仔细一看是Amazon.com 因此登入许久未登入的Amazon.com (连密码都忘了...) 也没看到什麽新订单...这时依稀记得好像曾听说Prime会员要收费之类的 於是点了Your Account中的Manage Your Prime Membership 果然看到那笔payment... 翻了翻网页发现，如果我都没消费的话，取消Prime资格我可以拿到Refund 於是我就按下取消Prime member的键 之後就立刻在我的e-mail发现这封信 Hello from Amazon.com, As you requested, we've canceled your Amazon Prime membership. Since you have not used your Amazon Prime benefits, we are refunding $85.52 which includes full membership fee and any applicable fees and taxes. Your refund should be processed within the next 2-3 business days and will appear as a credit on your card's next billing statement. If your latest membership charge is still processing, we'll issue the refund as soon as the charge is completed. Best regards, Amazon.com Customer Service 取消/收到信的时间是3/16 结果刚刚查网银，3/17 refund就回来啦!! 效率真的很好...大概是在美国碰过refund最快的一次经验了 --
