标题[问题] ebay 购物

小弟27号在ebay上得标一件物品并透过paypal付款完成
查询paypal跟自己的checking account皆显示已扣款
我不太了解的是卖家却写信跟我说
hey there the money is still pending in my account as soon as I have received
the money I will ship it off . Thank you.
请问这是哪边出了问题?
我需要回覆卖家什麽吗?
