标题[问题] Paypal个人帐号无法接收余额?

我的帐号是台湾个人帐户
别人用个人付款转钱给我时会出现「Sorry, this recipient can't accept personal payments. We've
changed the payment to a transaction for goods and services」
目前goods and services收款 和大宗付款的收款能正常收款
是我的帐户哪边出问题了吗?
其他功能一直都正常使用
就是不能接收个人付款
不太懂哪边出了问题
不晓得这边有没有人懂
