很久没有在 eBay 买东西，後来看到现在都会多一个 import charge 的费用 爬文一下才发现有 GSP 这种东西~ 但现在我买完一样东西後,系统都不让我直接付款 系统都会出现一个 alarm ~ One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected Change your address or remove the items to continue You may also contact the seller for an exception 这个住址基本上一直都使用过不致於有什麽问题,所以问客服後,他们要我向卖家 "requesting total" , 但是一旦我执行完这个後,这个卖家则给我一个新的帐单 但原本的运送费用 GSP 应该是 $66,但现在他给一个新的帐单运费是 USPS $254 当然我就不肯付这笔钱,坚持要走 GSP 而不走 USPS，所以後来一直搞不定, 後来这卖家就说先取消然後再重新刊登,他会确定 GSP 是否有勾选到 结果现在取消後重新得标後的结果还是一样,我还是无法付款, 所以又再次"requesting total" 结果这次卖家的回覆说: Hi there- I went to send you an invoice and your address is still coming up as Taiwan?!? Did you do what you needed to do to participate in the GSP? Please rectify this, as we have wasted too much time on this. Thanks 所以照他的意思似乎是我要去参加 GSP 才可以进行交易吗? 到现在我还不清楚我到底 miss 什麽?有人可以告诉我吗?(我当然要寄回台湾啊) 非常感谢? --
