大家好:) 我在12/13下单後 隔天觉得SIZE不合取消 寄信给他们要求退款 到了12/17有帮我取消 ORDER STATUS 确实变 CANCELLED 我是用VISA扣款消费的 但打到银行问 我已经被扣款了 後来我又寄信给他们说 我未收到退款 结果收到以下回信: Hello, Thanks for getting in touch regarding your refund on order 136371496. I can see that a refund was issued to your Visa that you made the original order with on the 19 December 2014. I am sorry it hasn't appeared on your account yet. It has been transferred to your account and if you can contact your bank and give them this bank response code: 918292 they should be able to locate your funds for you. I hope this helps Cheng-Yi.
