Roles and Responsibilities: (1) Communicate with customer very closely, and find their demand and required improvement by native Japanese Language. (2) Provide application recipe for yield analysis system & Run to Run system/F C system including statistical model for process control & yield improvement, system op eration support and training to customers directly. (3) Work collaboratively with HQ engineering, Technical Support team & service team cross functionally to provide application & issue solution, take Applications owners hip of escalations. (4) Operation and setup Servers connected to tools in semiconductor fabs (incl uding Onto's tools). (5) Train customers on tool operation and generate training material if necess ary. (6) Establish and broaden the customer base by resolving their complex technic al issues and managing escalations of those issues (7) Providing new system technology information and develop new application wi th customer. (8) Support Japan region for more than 5 year, expecting 10 years over. Required Education and Experience: ‧ Native Japanese speaker and writer. Business level English speaker and writer. The candidate must be self-motivated, and have excellent communication and int erpersonal skills. Good planning, project managing and organizational skills are essential. Account management experience is a plus. Ability of actively collaborate internally (especially HQ engineers) and custo mers Ability of systemic issue solving and identify and thoroughly test solutions. ‧ Bachelor degree required in Computer Science, Data Scientist, Materials Sci ence, Physics Chemistry, Electrical or Chemical Engineering. Oracle Database & RedHat knowledge & experience is a plus Need to have motivative for new technology. Allow to travel for few weeks in customer site. --
