This slideshow is going to focus on 15 young role players from this year's playoff teams who will be stars in five years. Anyone on the roster for the 16 playoff teams is eligible for this list. He improved his three-point shooting, free-throw shooting, rebounding, passing and defense. Mayo has shown that he's unafraid to take any shot at any time, but his production has totally tanked in the playoffs. Bledsoe has one of the best in Chris Paul to learn from, and hopefully he kept his ears and eyes wide open this year. He's buried on the roster behind Paul, Mo Williams, Randy Foye and Chauncey Billups, which means there isn't a lot of playing time to go around right now. He isn't without flaws, as he turned the ball over way too much and just wasn't the same player when Carmelo Anthony and the rest of the Knicks got healthy. If he is focused, he is a dominant force on the glass and around the rim defensively. He's long, athletic and just brash enough to take everybody on. That's also his biggest weakness. McGee seems to have mental lapses during games and goes into tunnel vision when he's looking for his offense. He'll never be confused with having Andrew Bynum's offensive promise, but he plays as if he does.
