Emerson confirms Euro desire

Juventus midfielder Emerson admitted today that Europe represents
his side's priority this season.
“We're not hiding the fact that winning the Champions League
is our No 1 target,” he said.
Juve are seeking the third European Cup triumph in the club's history
and face the tricky test of Werder Bremen in the away leg of the
first knock-out stage tomorrow evening.
Bremen came through a group including Barcelona, Panathinaikos
and Udinese to qualify for the last 16 and Emerson, who came
to Italy after three years with Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga,
knows all too well the difficulty of the task that awaits them.
Werder Bremen从 Barcelona、Panathinaikos、Udinese的死亡之组中晋级十六强，
而 Emerson在到义甲之前曾在德甲 Leverkusen待过三年，
深知等着 JUVE的，将会是一场硬仗。
“I played in Germany and I know that it won't be an easy match,”
he said. “Werder are a compact side with a dangerous attack.

Werder是只紮实的队伍，拥有危险的攻击力。」
“We have also got a few injuries at the back, although those who
have come in have not disappointed.

“Our Coach Fabio Capello has different options in that department,”
added the Brazilian midfielder.
「我们主教练 Capello在防线上还是保有不同的选择。」
“We're not hiding the fact that winning the Champions League
is our No 1 target – we know the importance of this match.
「我们并不隐瞒赢得欧洲冠军盃是首要目标－我们知道这场比赛的重要性。」
“We will need to start with our best foot forward,
keep concentrated and motivated,” he continued.
「我们需要良好启动、保持专注与积极。」
The Bianconeri are sitting pretty at the top of Serie A
with a 10-point advantage over their nearest rivals Milan
and so are full of confidence going into the match.
“Having the huge League lead gave us a bit more breathing space
to prepare for this match, but it won't be an easy atmosphere.
Emerson说：「在联赛中大幅领先让我们有多一点喘息空间来准备这场比赛，
不过这场比赛一点也不轻松。」
“Werder will give their all in front of their home fans
so we must be careful.”
「Werder会在主场球迷面前使尽全力，所以我们必须要小心。」
The Italian champions were pegged back in the last minute
of their Serie A match against Messina at the weekend,
while the will also be wary of their last trip to Germany –
a 2-1 defeat to Bayern Munich in October.
JUVE刚在周末联赛对 Messina的比赛中最後一刻被逼平，
而上一次去德国也不是个好回忆－－被 Bayern以２－１击败。

Werder Bremen在主场八次对上过义大利的球队，
三胜五平未嚐败绩，所以这不是开玩笑的，
以我们的近况－疯狂丢球－这点来看，绝对占不到便宜。
Werder Bremen目前是德甲进攻火力最强的球队，
联赛２２场进５２球，进球数第二多的也只是 Bayern的４２球，
而 Werder Bremen失了２５球，在前段班不算出色，
欧冠小组赛他们对 Udinese还干过３－０领先被追平最终４－３获胜的事，
现下我只敢把目标放在争取客场进球数。
他们的前锋群主要是下列三个，应该是前两个会先发，
Klasnic应该有１８２公分，联赛１６场进１０球，
Klose有１８３公分，联赛１３场进１６球，
Valdez比较矮，１７８公分，联赛１３场进５球。
但是主力中後场，
Frings，１８２公分，联赛２１场进２球，
Borowski，１９３公分，联赛１９场进７球，
Micoud，１８８公分，联赛２１场进５球，
Owomoyela，１８７公分，联赛１８场，
Baumann，１８８公分，联赛１８场进２球，
Naldo，１９５公分，联赛２１场进２球，
Schulz，１８５公分，联赛１７场，
Fahrenhorst应该是替补，１９１公分，联赛１０场进一球。
进攻点可以说是到处都有，而且一旦有定位球机会…
碰上平均身高这种水准的球队，谁可以告诉我该怎麽防守…（默）
