Juventus are set to scrap their Calciopoli appeal
to the civil courts with the club's board of directors
ready to ratify the decision on Thursday.
JUVE董事会在周四准备作出放弃在民事法庭上诉的决定。
President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli met FIGC commissioner Guido Rossi
and CONI chief Gianni Petrucci in Rome on Wednesday where it seems
that the Old Lady have been persuaded to reject the TAR Lazio route.
主席 Cobolli Gigli跟义足协长官 Rossi还有奥委会领袖 Petrucci，
周三在罗马会谈，JUVE已被说服，放弃上诉民事法庭。
“It was an important meeting between Juventus and
football's governing bodies,” noted Cobolli Gigli.
Cobolli Gigli说：「这是 JUVE与足球体制之间的重要会谈。」
“The board of directors will now evaluate the situation,
but I believe there is a good chance that the club will decide to
return within the sporting justice system.”
「董事会正在权衡局势，不过我相信他们有很大的机会决定重回体育公平系统。」
Juventus, who were demoted to Serie B and handed a 17-point deduction
for this season, failed in their conciliation meeting in front of
CONI two weeks ago.
JUVE本季被降乙罚１７分，两周前跟奥委会的调解也破局。
They then threatened to take their case to the civil courts,
but now look likely to opt for a CONI arbitration hearing
in an effort to get their point deduction reduced.
之後扬言要上诉民事法庭，现在看来再次选择了接受奥委会听证仲裁，
以期能减少罚分。
The FIGC and FIFA had both warned Juventus that they could face
further sanctions if they went ahead with a civil action.
义足协与国际足总双双警告 JUVE如果前进民事法庭将遭追罚。
“Juventus are aware of what we think, we have not changed our mind
and will not change it in the future,” added Rossi.
Rossi说：「JUVE了解我们的想法，我们并没有改变想法，未来也没打算改变。」
“At the time being I am neither optimistic nor pessimistic,
I only believe that the club must remain within sporting justice,
that is the only way to solve this issue.”
「此刻我并不乐观也不悲观，我只相信该球会必须留在体育公平体制内，
这才是解决这个议题的惟一办法。」
CONI President Petrucci mirrored Rossi's stance.
“I hope the club immediately decides to go to arbitration,” he stated.
奥委会主席 Petrucci与 Rosii立场相同，他说：
「我希望该球会立刻决定接受仲裁。」
“I believe that sporting justice is autonomous and self-sufficient
and this kind of problem must be solved within its jurisdiction.”
「我认为体育公平体制能够自立自治，这种问题必须在其管辖范围内解决。」
Reports suggest that Juventus may obtain the cancellation of
the additional sanctions – a three-match home ban and
a 120,000 Euros fine - and see their point-deficit reduced,
maybe to 10 or seven points.
报导猜测 JUVE主场禁赛三场与罚款１２万欧元的处罚将被取消，
罚分也可能减少到－１０至－７分。
However, there seems to be no margins of argument for
the 2005-06 Scudetto to be reassigned to the Bianconeri.
不过，2005/06年的联赛冠军不会改判。

真是尔虞我诈，手段超多，
反正上诉民事法庭求偿只拿得到钱，对赛季没有太大帮助，
但是会把事情搞得很复杂，让义足协难办事又赔不出来，
所以现在双方打算各退一步，简言之「我给你方便，你给我好处」这样…
