The scouting team has undergone some major changes, not least to its personnel. We are confident we've assembled a good group here and we are certain that your work will confirm we made the right choices. Welcome all of you”. With these words the Juventus director of sport welcomed the Bianconeri scouts, gathered together for the first time this season at the Vinovo sports centre. During the meeting, where Secco was joined by head of the youth set up Ciro Ferrara and head of HR Alessandro Sorbone, the current state of play was outlined, along with the guide lines to be followed over the course of the year.
