Juventus' promotion bid has been rocked by a five-match ban
handed to star midfielder Pavel Nedved.
Nedved禁赛五场。
The former Czech international was handed the severe punishment
after he was sent-off in injury time of Friday's 1-1 draw with Genoa
following his stamp on Francesco Bega.
他在周五１－１战平 Genoa的比赛中踩了 Francesco Bega。
“Nedved, in the 47th minute of the second half,
voluntarily trod on his opponent's ankle,”
read an official note from the disciplinary commission.
纪律委员会官方说明：「Nedved在下半场第47分钟，自主性踩踏对手的脚踝。」
“And after being consequently sent off by the referee,
offended him and stamped on his foot, with no damaging consequences.”
「在被罚下场的必然结果之後又冒犯了裁判blablabla…」
The Old Lady of Italian football, already dealing with an injury crisis,
are expected to appeal against the sentence.
JUVE预计将会上诉。
