Pavel Nedved has lent his face to the initiative, launched in 2004 and embraced by the current management, and alongside chairman Cobolli Gigli, he took part in a press conference this morning in which the new objectives were outlined and the first investment – 250 thousand Euros for the creation of five new intensive care installations – was announced. Nedved则说：「在这里我代表了球队，我真的很高兴能成为这计画的新面孔， 因为我已经看到这些孩子是良好地被照顾且被疼爱着， 其中一位医生的话更是正中红心，她对我说：『这些孩子是真正的斗士』。」 （所以这应该算是斗士们的惺惺相惜了，Nedved真可爱。） The sum raised by the project so far is 1.2 million Euros and since the arrival of the new management, 55 thousand Euros have been raised through the sale of gadgets, auctions, raffles and charity dinners, along with the “Meet the legend” initiative at Juventus home games. With a minimum donation of one Euro, three lucky members of the crowd get their chance to meet the players at the end of the match.
