今天开车听中广刚好听到访问陈学圣这个议题 ...
他说他觉得应该是不分区比例增加(到逼近50%)然後门槛降低.. 这样地区立委的代表性
也比较强(不像他一个人的区跟中坜市长一样)。 个人觉得目前来看这算是比较合理的折
衷方案吧。 毕竟才刚改就又要改回去真的很自表
