标题[问题] 西定路368巷附近有烧塑胶的臭味

如题，小弟在西定路368巷附近，一直闻到空气中有浓浓的烧塑胶的臭味，久久不散，不是那种吸毒的臭味，因为这股味道范围满大的，查看一下也没发现有烧东西，有人知道发生什麽事了吗？
