SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The Sacramento Kings signed two rookies Thursday,
including first-round draft pick Spencer Hawes, a center from Washington.
Free agent Mustafa Shakur also signed. Hawes was chosen 10th overall in last
week's draft. The 7-foot Hawes, who is 19, led Washington with 14.9 points per
game and shot 53 percent from the floor, all while dealing with an injured knee
and ankle as well as a midseason illness in his only college season.
He averaged 6.4 rebounds, second on the team.
Shakur, a 6-3, 190-pound guard, averaged 10.1 points and 5.1 assists through
131 games during a four-year college career at Arizona. He scored 11.9 points
per game as a senior.
签下Shakur是步好棋..虽然不确定是否为保证约...但是身为Bibby学弟的他拥有野猫队
良好的传统....我认为他取代Price不成问题.....一般来说大四的球员都有良好的态度
不期待他能大放光彩....但至少当个替补PG应该不是问题..他本身的球路比Douby来说
更有PG的风格
现阶段国王有11个人有约在身。（Price Williams尚未完成续签..但听说是提出offer了）
