Rasheed Wallace Retires, Won’t Play In Playoffs After sitting most of the season with a left foot injury, Rasheed Wallace’s attempted comeback (3 minutes vs. Bobcats Monday) failed and he will retire, again, the Knicks announced Wednesday. Wallace will not be available for the Knicks upcoming playoff run. The 38-year-old averaged 7 points and 4 rebounds (14 minutes) in 21 games for the Knicks this season.
