标题[外电] Both out with closed to $33M available

Arron Afflalo and Derrick Williams have informed the Knicks that they will
not opt in to their contracts for 2016-17, per league sources. This will give
the Knicks more than $30 million in cap space this summer. Afflalo's decision
was first reported by Sheridan Hoops.
