标题[问题] 请问notarized translation

最近在申请韩国首尔大,
缴交文件注意事项有一项是:
All documents should be in English or Korean.
Documents in another language should be accompanied by
a notarized English or Korean translation.
请问第2句notarize在此为何意?
像我的作品是一大堆研究报告,那也需请正式译者全部翻成英文或韩文?
