I changed several agents too, cause I don't want to spend too much on car insurance.
Now, I am using "Eversafe Insurance Agy"(it's a Chinese angency, but I couldn't type in Chinese...sorry)
and the agent is Helen.
She is pretty nice and always try her best to help the customer.
