以下是帮我朋友PO的，她们家有一间房间要出租，
出租的房间: 主卧房(附浴室 walking closet) USD 900/month
或一般卧房 USD 800/month 皆附有床 衣橱 抽屉
房子:重新装潢过 采光良好 3bedroom 2 bathroom 1餐厅 1客厅 1厨房
餐厅客厅厨房 可以共用 但是要维持物品原来的状态 不要损毁
附有洗衣设备於车库
地点: LA ( Arcadia city市中心) 5分钟车程到arcadia high school
10到 15分钟车程到 Pasadena City College
周围有很多商店 和餐厅
室友(housemate): 一位女生 和 她的父亲 都很好相处
房东: 她的父亲
对象: 台湾人为佳 女生比男生优先

We have a gorgeous master bedroom with own bath and walk in closet for rent
in a lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath house. The house is well lit throughout with
streaming sunlight pooring in from the array of different windows. All
windows are equipped with sunshades. The room is fully furnished with a full
size bed and cabinet set with over 15 drawers to use. Utilities are split 3
ways with the other two residents of the house both professionals one male
and one female. The house itself is located in an extremely quiet and
tranquil area in the center of the city of Arcadia located less than a 5
minute drive to Arcadia high school and a 5 minute walking distance to the
nearest park with tennis courts. Grocery markets and restaurants are all
within a walkable distance. Laundry amenities are located in the two car
garage. In addition, the kitchen and premises are free for use as long as
furniture and items are kept in their original condition. Please feel free to

appointment to look over the room.
