strayer8、zcup疑似同一个人
s大曾在4/1发表代订文，而z大於今日也发表文代订文，
且文章内文有九成都一样，也经查过往发表ip，有寻找类似蛛丝马迹。
两者ID的有几篇文章 IP 前两码都是
219.85开头。
且在去年有一篇文章ip 前三码是一样的
27.105.26，故高度怀疑是否同一个人。
若属同一个人，今日z大所发表文章，就违反板规3.4(代订文七天发表一次)及
C.10(以分身帐号重覆发文)，故申请调查。
