多重分身查询

3.申请板主：conk
4.查询帐号：a031405(简称a大)、b020202(简称b大)
5.申请原因：
(1)说明：因b大在12/1发表代订文，被我以违反板规3.4来处份水桶，
而今日a大发表代订文，不到三分钟删除，但经查发现两者
IP相同，故申请查帐，是否为分身ID，若属实违板规C.2。
