Insurance 板主 Leepofeng 超过七日未上站，未请假，记予警告一次。
通知板主 Leepofeng 。三日後仍未上站，将解职处分。
合计已累计两次警告，解除 Insurance / CFP 板主职务，一年内
不得担任小组内板主一职。
