标题[问题] 如何在叙述中插入一个proof

一开始叙述了一个定理但还没证明，
可能先说了一些东西或证明了几个lemma後才开始要证明这个定理
但想在证明前表示是那个定理的证明，要如何下指令呢？
也就是
Theorem 1
..................
xxxxxx
Lemma 2
Lemma 3
...
Proof of Theorem 1.
xxxxxxxxx
