标题[问题] beamer中的outline太长

我的outline太长 必须两页才行
目前使用的是
\section[Outline]{Outline}
\begin{frame}[allowframebreaks]
\frametitle{Outline}
\tableofcontents
\end{frame}
但是有没有办法让他换页时是切在一个章节目录结束时呢
而不是第一张投影片摆满了就换第二张
也就是说...
我的outline 是
