标题[问题] IEEETran的citation format问题

我使用的BibTex style是IEEETran.bst，document class是article(IEEETran)。
请问为什麽使用LyX引用citation後，title的部分只有第一个字元是大写，
其它都变成小写？
例如我的BibTex database有一个citation：
C.-H. Yang and D. Markovic, “A 2.89mW 50GOPS 16x16
16-core MIMO sphere decoder in 90nm CMOS,” ESSCIRC,
2009. ESSCIRC ’09. Proceedings of, pp. 344 –347, sept.
2009.
引用後变成：
C.-H. Yang and D. Markovic, “A 2.89mw 50gops 16x16
16-core mimo sphere decoder in 90nm cmos,” ESSCIRC,
2009. ESSCIRC ’09. Proceedings of, pp. 344 –347, sept.
2009.
请问这是正常现象吗？如何保留大写？
