我今天测试了一下，可以在同一个 tex 档中加入 pdf 档与 eps 档，
\input epsf %load the epsf library
\usepackage{graphicx} %这是为了加 pdf 图档
上面两个应该是放在 \documentclass 的下面
\begin{frame}
\frametitle{关於 Star graph}
\begin{figure}
\begin{center}
\leavevmode \hbox{ \epsfxsize = 2.2in \epsffile{S4-1.eps}}
\end{center}
\caption{The graph $S_4$}
\label{S4}
\end{figure}
这是我加入 eps 图档的写法。
\begin{frame}
\begin{figure}[ht]
\begin{center}
\includegraphics[width = 3.5in]{illustrated31.pdf}
\caption{pdf档测试。}
\label{illustrated31}
\end{center}
\end{figure}
这是我加入 pdf 图档的写法。
我是用 xelatex 编译的，在 miktex 2.8 版中就有提供。
我是用 Texmaker 来编译，已经很多年没有用 winedt 了，
或许您可以找一下 xelatex 的编译方式，还蛮不错的。
只是说真的，我不是很确定这是不是您所要的。
